A k-mer sketching toolkit I contributed to during my PhD. It sketches DNA, RNA, and protein sequences, compares collections of very different sizes, estimates ANI between them, and resolves a metagenome into the genomes it contains. I worked across the v4 line and co-authored the software paper.
